    We're avid endurance athletes at Good Wolf, and have learned the importance of nutrition and consistency. Over the years, pre-workouts or hydrating drinks all came in the same format: packed full of caffeine, sugar and niacin. This only ensured tingly skin and subsequent energy crashes, but no essential nutrients or hydration. It felt like being robbed. On the other hand, ready-to-consume hydration drinks lacked adequate sodium, potassium and magnesium to make a real impact.
    That's why we made FULL SEND: to provide holistic hydration, essential vitamins & minerals and superfoods for your performance and endurance. It's whats inside that counts:
    BEET ROOT POWDER to deliver more oxygen to your blood stream.
    CORDYCEP Mushrooms to increase oxygen intake and ATP energy.

    Cordyceps are believed to enhance ATP Energy production, which is crucial for providing energy to cells, aiding in overall physical endurance and stamina. Also supporting Oxygen Utilization, Cordyceps has traditionally been used to support respiratory health, potentially enhancing athletic performance and endurance.

    Beets help boost Nitric Oxide production. Beets are rich in nitrates, which are converted by the body into nitric oxide, a compound that helps relax and dilate blood vessels, improving blood flow and oxygen delivery to muscles.
    Beets may also improve Endurance during exercise by reducing the oxygen cost of oxygen transport through they body, and increasing time to exhaustion.

    Spinach is a Nutrient Dense superfood packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, providing Essential Nutrients for overall health, vitality and performance. Among these nutrients is Iron (necessary for proper oxygen transport in the blood, supporting energy levels and athletic performance), along with: Vit A, Vit C, Vit K, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium and many others.

    Coconut Water is naturally rich in Electrolytes like Potassium, Sodium, and Magnesium, making it an excellent choice for Rehydration and Replenishing electrolyte balance lost through sweat during physical activity. The carbohydrates in Coconut Water also provide Natural Energy, while its low acidity and easy digestibility make it a gentle option for Pre- or Post-workout Hydration.

    Pineapple contains Bromelain, a mixture of enzymes that may aid in Digestion, Reduce Inflammation, and Support Muscle Recovery post-exercise. Pineapple is a good source of Vit C, an antioxidant that supports immune function and helps combat exercise-induced oxidative stress.

    How to Use

    Standard: Add a single tablespoon to 12-18oz of Water, integrate completely and enjoy.
    Lemonade Stand: Follow the Standard recipe above, but substitute Lemonade for Water. Fair warning, this will increase sugar content for your drink, but it is delicious.

    Are There Stimulants?

    Short Answer: there is no caffeine or other stimulants found in Full Send! Long answer? Read below:
    Longer Answer: Nowhere is caffeine, or any derived or isolated compounds for stimulant effect used in any Good Wolf product. All our ingredients are whole-foods in powder form with no additives, fillers, or preservatives. To that end, some of our all-natural ingredients are more energizing than others (although, none of these are found in Full Send):
    Cacao (used in Dawn Patrol): a known stimulant, but not one that causes energy crashes and also one that adds to your system, rather than subtracting from it, like caffeine in coffee normally does. In fact, the same compound found in Cacao that provides energy (Theobromine) is the same compound that is anti-inflammatory and supports respiratory tract health.
    Matcha (used in Good Greens): contains Thein, a compound very similar to Caffeine but its effects are tempered by Tannins which provide a timed-release of how Thein is integrated into our system. Matcha also contains Theanine which counteracts the stimulation of Thein by Reducing Stress and Encouraging Relaxation through it's support of the nervous system.
