Christine Anderson's journey into yoga began in her teenage years in the suburbs of Chicago, where she discovered solace and direction amidst the chaos. Initially drawn to Ashtanga, she later found her true passion in the creativity of power and vinyasa flow. As an uplifting instructor, Christine infuses her Bhakti Vinyasa-based classes with devotion, breathwork, alignment, and yoga philosophy, leaving students with a sense of empowerment and release. With over 1000 hours of yoga education, and extensive experience in the yoga industry, she leads retreats and trainings to share her wisdom and passion.

Beyond the mat, Christine's adventurous spirit shines through her love for running, including conquering the Boston Marathon, surfing, and indulging her creativity through painting with watercolors. Yet, her greatest joy lies in spending time with her husband, Ian Myers, and their two dogs, weaving a life filled with love, connection, and fulfillment.
